Hello Mr. Ferrari, just thinking about you with a smile as I go down memory lane. I know that you are doing well and ask that you continue to keep all of us in prayer as we also move forward in life. Do me a favor and please say hi to mom and dad, both of whom earned their wings this year. You will love them and they in turn will love you as Rachel, your beautiful wife Elizabeth, your sons, grandbabies who are not little anymore and the rest your wonderful family and loved ones continue to love and miss you too. Just know that you are thought of often and you are missed more than you will ever know! So God bless you, and yes, continue to smile. Love, Mel and Jay

Matthew, aka Laurie or Larry was the most wonderful person I have ever known. The first time I was with him, there was electricity. He was a positive and optimistic and a friend to everyone he met. He was a wonderful husband, father, son, and coworker. He loved me and I miss him. He taught us all how to die. Beth Bowman Ferrari.

I offer my deepest condolences to Larry's family.
I've known him since high school. There were four of us that were inseparable. Bill Peterson (RIP), Lou Syquia and myself. As time goes on, we walk our separate paths in life. I haven't had contact with Larry for almost 50 years. I remember that he was the most compassionate of all of us.
If any immediate family members reads this, please e-mail me. I would like to share stories with you and rekindle friendships. [email protected].

Your family will be kept in my heart and in my prayers.laurie was a blessing to our whole family and a very saintly being from what I understand. I feel blessed that we are related to one another. Now we now have an angel to watch over us along with our ancestors in heaven. Heaven must be celebrating and Laurie is peacefully enjoying the banquet of Our Heavenly Father.

We mourn with you. A loved one lost can grieve the heart, and make us yearn for tomorrow, When God will keep the promise he made of no pain, no death, and no sorrow. My prayers are with you and your family.

To my beloved brother Laurie, or happily for him Larry or Matthew depending on present company. My great comfort is that you were truly happy throughout your life: with your very happy marriage, with your children & grandchildren, with your job where, for a lot of reasons, you were adored, and probably most of all with your church. You gave so much to its members, including helping many of them die.Your own death was as happy and peaceful as anyone could ever hope for. They told us at St. Monica's that we could pray to saints, so you'll be hearing from me. A hui hou, Paula

To the entire Ferrari family: My mom called this morning with the sad news about Larry. Although we haven't seen or spoke to one other in over four-decades, I'm confident that if we could have, we would have picked up just where we left off. Besides, (high school bonds last forever). This is about how long you will stay in our hearts -- until one's last breath. I send this message on behalf of my brother Willie (whom we lost several years ago) and the entire gang from San Francisco. - Rocky
