Leonard J. Barranti passed peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family after a lengthy battle with kidney disease. He was the adored father of Michele (Brad Parres), Lauren (Ricardo Ortiz),Leonard Jr. and Gary. He was the proud "Pappy" to Jaime, Lindsay, Andres, Veronica, Agustino and Vincent. He is survived by brothers Raymond (Inez) and Sam (Rita). He is also survived by the mother of his children Catherine Barranti and his present wife Beverly. He leaves behind several nieces and nephews.To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.

I will always remember when Lenny and my dad would blast the console stereo for hours on Friday nights and my sister and I would dance around. The best parties I ever attended! The end of an era.
