Leonard Frank Poggio, D.D.S., a lifetime San Franciscan, passed away peacefully in Sebastopol on May 10, 2024, at the age of 75. Beloved husband of Anne Mulvany Poggio; loving father of Leonard F. Poggio Jr., Maria Poggio D'Errico, and Martino Poggio; dear father-in-law of Patricia Solis Poggio and Rhone D'Errico; caring grandfather of Isabel and Diego Poggio. Leonard was a loving husband, father and grandfather who left an indelible mark on his loved ones. A man of deep faith, a lover of history, science, cooking and travel, he committed these passions to his children. Leonard graduated from U.C.S.F. Dental school in 1974. He practiced dentistry in San Francisco for over 30 years. He will be deeply missed.
Private services were held. Memorial donations may be made to the charity of your choice.

Dear Anne and Family,
Len was a dear friend and a fun one! His enjoyment of life was contagious and inspiring. Watching the two of you dance at our son's wedding a few years ago impressed all of the young dancers! He was devoted to you and we are sorry you are experiencing this profound loss. We are praying for Len and for each of you.
