Friends and family are invited to a celebration of Lillian's life on Thursday, December 27, 2012 at 12 Noon at the Rockville Cemetery Stone Chapel, 4219 Suisun Valley Road, Fairfield, California 94534, (707) 864-2421 (www.solanocemeteries.us/rockville.htm). In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Square and Circle Club, P.O. Box 640137, San Francisco, CA 94164-0137 (www.squareandcircle.org), or a charity of your choice.

I am so so sorry to have heard about Lillian's passing. She was such a kind and thoughtful friend to my Mother, Greta Livingston. They played bridge together regularly until Mother reached the age of 100! I will never forget the wonderul parties to which Mother was always invited. Lillian definitely was an inspiration to everyone because of her kindness, optimism and above all her love of life. Please extend my deepest sympathies to the entire family.

To all of Lillian Fong's family and friends: I am so very sorry for your loss. Lillian was a ray of light and good humor at The Carlisle, where she befriended my grandmother, Greta Livingston, and included her in celebrations large and small. Whenever I encountered Lillian on my visits, her energy, warmth and obvious joy in life were truly uplifting. I will remember her fondly, and share my condolences with all of those who were close to her. May her memory be a blessing.
