Mathilde Maria Juliana Tittiger
September 29,1933 - July 27, 2021
It is with great sadness that Mathilde (Thilde) Tittiger,age 87, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family in San Francisco, California. She had been ill with Parkinson's Disease.

Thilde is survived by her beloved husband of 67 years, Johann, loving mother of Hannelore (Bob), Monika ( Bob decd), Anita, Linda, and Johnny (September); Oma of Brigitte, Sean, and Katie, Katarina and Alexander, Christopher, Heather and Nicole; Uhrgross Oma of Vivian and Finley, Blaise and Indy, and Ethan. She is also survived by her loving sister, Brigitte (Franz) and many nieces and nephews, extended family and friends here and in Austria and Germany.

Thilde was born in Linz, Austria. There she meet her sweetheart, Johann Tittiger. They wanted to start a new life with their two children and came to San Francisco in 1956 and had three more children. She was a homemaker and kept busy raising their five children. Thilde enjoyed family gatherings, reading, camping, crossword puzzles and her many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Thilde always looked forward to her many visits from her sister and brother-in-law.

Thilde will always be remembered for her kindness, love of family and friends, generosity, smile and her warm gentle nature and her strength.

Due to COVID the family is having a private Celebration of Life.
