Myriam Buljan Obituary

Myriam Buljan March 14, 1965 - May 21, 2009 Born in France and came to California with her parents and brothers and sisters in 1973. Myriam had a life that was fulfilling and exciting, with lots of traveling across the USA and to Hawaii. She had the biggest heart in the world, and always gave to others before herself. She will be missed by all her friends from L.A., the Bay Area, the Santa Cruz area, and especially Myriam will be missed by her fiancee Peter Bockman - "'I'll always love you, Pete", and his son and daughter Colin and Erin whom she loved so much as well. She is survived by her brothers Pierre (Liz) Buljan, Joseph Buljan; and her sisters, Eva (Steve) Aber, Catherine Buljan; and her nephews and nieces, Alex, Christopher, John, Jessyka and Allison. Also survived by aunts, uncles and many cousins here and in Croatia. "You lived your life like a candle in the wind" Cremation at Oakwood Chapel, 3301 Paul Sweet Rd., Santa Cruz, CA 95065. Most beautiful girl I've ever knew! She was my date for my City College of San Francisco football award dinner and every coach and player was in awe of her that night!

I just received this news. I am shocked and saddened. Myriam and I went to Highschool together and we're very close. We also lived in LA together. She named her Chow after my Chow. She was beautiful and had a contagious smile and big heart. We lost touch over the years. Can someone please contact me to tell me how this happened? I would appreciate it. I can't believe it?! RIP Love you always and forever. Dina
