Peter Bugeja Obituary

Peter Paul Bugeja
10/20/1933 - 11/19/2024
Peter Paul (Paulie) Bugeja, a San Francisco native, passed away peacefully on November 19, 2024 at the age of 91.
Peter is survived by his wife of 69 years, Bruna Bugeja, his son Robert Bugeja, granddaughter Ashley Reed, grandson Brandon Bugeja, his great-grandchildren, and brother and sister-in-law Joseph & Lynn Bugeja.
Peter was born October 20 1933 in San Francisco California, and was proud of his Maltese heritage. He worked in Butcher Town for many years until he served in the United States Army during the Korean war. Upon returning from his service with the Army, he married the love of his life on September 25, 1955.
Peter loved spending time with family and adored his great-grandchildren. He will be greatly missed by family and friends. We are sure that everyone that knew and loved him has a memorable Peter story.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, December 2, 2024 at 10:00am at St. Elizabeth Church, 459 Somerset St, San Francisco. Burial to follow at Italian Cemetery, Colma.
