On September 28, 2018, Phyllis (PJ) Joseph passed away at age 80, at her home in San Francisco.Phyllis has had a private burial. A memorial service celebrating her life will take place at 11am on Sunday, October 28 at Congregation Sherith Israel, 2266 California Street, San Francisco.
Donations can be made to NOW (National Organization of Women), Planned Parenthood or a charity of your choice.

PJ was my mother in-law. I called her Mom. She left wonderful memories with her family, and friends. She lit up the room when she came in, and invited all to join her there. I felt honored to play and sing at her service. We all miss her so much, but will always remember the things we've learned from her, and will take special care of our families and always show them love the way she did for us. Love you Mom.
