Robert Lapachet Obituary
October 11, 1957 - June 3, 2015
Rob passed at home after a valiant battle with prostate cancer, surrounded by his loving wife, May; their son, Andre; and his mother, Ruth. Predeceased by his father, Robert ("Bob") Lapachet, other survivors include his three sisters, two brothers, and their spouses; his mother- and father-in-law, brothers-in-law and their wives; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and colleagues.Rob was employed as a Computer/Network Technician for the San Mateo County School District. He was also a Directeur of La Ligue Henri IV of San Francisco, Grand Officer of the Native Sons of the Golden West, Past President of So. San Francisco Parlor #157, NSGW, and an active member of St. Dunstan's Church and School community.
Friends may visit Sunday, June 7th after 5:00pm and are invited to the Vigil/Rosary Sunday 6:30pm at DUGGAN'S SERRA MORTUARY, 500 Westlake Avenue, Daly City, CA 94014.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Dunstan's Catholic Church, 1133 Broadway Ave., Millbrae, CA 94030, on Tuesday, June 9, at 11:00 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, please donate to the American Cancer Society-Prostate Cancer (cancer.org/cancer/prostatecancer) or the charity of your choice.
