My sincere condolences to Robert´s family and all his many friends. I worked with Robert for most of my 40 years with the Toll Bridges. "Ozzy" was well respected by all of his co-workers. He always had a smile on his face, especially if his beloved Giants and 49ers were winning! RIP my dear friend!

To Mr. Osborne's family, know that he was a superbly fair human being. I worked under him while he was a Lt on the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge in the late '80s, I was a toll collector. I'm not just saying this because he's gone, I'm sharing this because I respected him for his fairness. May he rest in peace?

I will always love hearing about and be thankful for, the hours he and Dad spent in good conversation. And of course, playing pinochle well into the night.

Robyn and Marcus, My prayers are with you as you move forward without my brother. Although you, Robyn, was only eight years old when I moved to Alabama, Robert kept me abreast of your development . He loved the two of you so much and I know you both added years to his life just by your presence. May the Creator make this transition easy for you. Aunt Fola

I loved Uncle Robert, He was always so much fun. My best memories as you all know were the great parties. But better than that was his simile when we crossed the Bridge in his lane. Forever Love Bridgette
