Born in San Francisco and raised in North Beach. Musician and singer, whose peaceful spirit and charismatic, heartwarming smile will be missed by countless friends and family. Tribute at Lincoln Park Community Center, 901 Brunswick St., Daly City, Fri 12/7 5:30 - 9:30pm.

Rudy was a really nice guy, had a great voice and played with heart. I can't remember a time when he wasn't smiling. I'm gonna miss the guy.

Rudy gone!? Nah! Life has a song that will live on. It's the music that was is and always will be. Rudy's rhythm always gave us something to move to, dance to, live to. We will move on in this life with a special strut because of this Brother. I always wanted to grow up to be like him. May the Geli family know Peace. Thanks for sharing Rudy with us

My sincere condolences go out to all the family. I remember the day we first met at Galileo High School where Rudy was singing in the talent show. I can close my eyes and hear him. He will be missed by many. May he rest in peace and God bless his soul. I love you all dearly.

Met Rudy and his family in '65. Never got to know him until 2003 and have been close friends since. Condolences to the family. He will be missed by all his music buddies..
