I still cry about our loss of Santos. He was one special and unique gentleman. We shared many adventures together. My family bought us plates to break together when we got upset with one another! And I so love you Nicole, Lisa and your Brother. Nicole it was always FUN living in the city and when you'd run up to me and said "MOM!" heads turned.

Remembering Santos with affection and admiration. He was a true artist, and I will always miss his level of expertise when he sat me in the chair and got out his hair cutting scissors. But he was also kind and a lot of fun. I will always have a special place in my heart for him. Caryl Bonds

Me and my family will ALWAYS miss Santos. My partner who so spoiled me and helped me with my wild child self. We do have a very real legacy. I will always love you my Santos. I just changed as a Sailor. And I had to sail on.....

Dear Santos,
My first haircut in 1975 made me your loyal customer. Every five weeks for 35 years we visited about life. First came the friendship, then the trip to Puerto Vallarta, the trip to Murphys, the caring, the sharing, the laughter, and finally growing old together. Tony and I miss your gentleness and friendship. Rest in peace.
Love,

This totally stinks. Santos was a great guy and the best hairdresser in town. Me and my entire family will miss him. He'll be missed by many many people. A sad day.

I am utterly saddened about this. Though not surprised. I am 53 and a whole lot of spare change now. And Santos and I spent many years together. I was 21 at the time. He taught me much about life. I will see you in heaven my sweet-heart and we will drink Tequila and party...and play dice and WIN as we often did. XOX

I remember Santos from the Mission Bay Golf Center. What a great guy. I am so sorry to hear of his passing.
