Sarah Ann York Oct. 15, 1987~ Feb. 6, 2010 Passed away suddenly on February 6, 2010 in Sonoma County at the age of 22. She was born on October 15, 1987 in San Francisco and leaves behind her parents Steve York and Elizabeth Colon; her brother, Joseph Rivas-Colon; her Uncle, Anthony Colon; her Aunt, Alicia Castillo; her grandmother, Lucille Colon, her Sonoma family, Rebecca Kuga and Irene Gilbert and numerous other family members who loved her dearly. Sarah will always be remembered as a beautiful and charismatic young woman who touched so many lives during her brief life and she will truly be missed by all who knew her. Visitation for family and friends will begin at 6 p.m. on Thursday, February 18, 2010 at DUGGAN''S SERRA MORTUARY, 500 Westlake Ave., Daly City, followed by a Memorial Service also at Duggan''s Serra to begin at 7 p.m. In lieu of flowers, Memorial contributions may be made to FISH (Friends In Sonoma Helping) or to Pets Lifeline, where for a short period of time, Sarah volunteered her time in caring for dogs and cats, for whom she had a soft spot in her heart. A future Memorial Service is pending during the month of March in Sonoma, CA.
