Dear Mandy:
I'm so glad you inserted the web site for this guest book, in the thank you card you sent.
It's so nice to read the notes from others who knew Steve on different levels.
The picture of him was "so perfect".
We know that Steve is at peace and we hope that you, too, will find peace in the fact that you two had a beautiful love.
Our blessings to you, Mandy, and may the Lord hold you in the Palm of His Hand.

Dear Mandy, I did not realize Steve was 70 years old. He always occured to me to be young in spirit and passion. I met Steve through the phone book while looking for an accountant for a new business I bought. We hit it off immediately and I never thought of Steve and You as my accountants, but as a friend and mentors. Steve's spirit, passion, and advice will live on within me. Maybe the internet is available to him and he can read all the notes to him.

Dear Mandy,

I can not think of Steve without smiling. He brightened every room he entered. I am grateful for the many times we ate, drank, and laughed together.

I always admired the loving relationship you two shared. His eyes would light up and sparkle whenever you came in the room. His love for you was written all over his face whenever he spoke about you.

You have always had a gift for finding the best in a situation. May your optimism and joy for life pour back upon you in the weeks and months to come.

Love always,

It made us so sad to hear about Steve. His wisdom and humor will be missed. As you know we too have had some recent losses and after much thought I came to realize that life is much like energy insofar as it cannot be created or destroyed, it just changes form. To that end Steve's spirit carries on in all he touched and all that he did. He will be remembered as a honest, generous and great man. We are thankful for the moments we knew him.
Sincerely with heavy hearts and tears in our eyes,

My condolences to you and your family. I'm sure Steve was really happy he left when he did. I keep thinking back when my father passed away. He was glad to have seen whom he held the dearest in his heart before he left this world. And I'm sure Steve felt that way too.
