I came to know Stephen, first as a patient and then as a friend. He was always generous, kind and gregarious. Linda and I will miss him and especially his laugh.

Steven was a treasured friend for many years, and we will miss him greatly. We remember, with fondness, our many times together in Maui, San Francisco, Carmel and in our home in Surrey, BC, Canada.
Heartfelt condolences to you, Robin and Tom. And, very special thanks to his loving care-givers, who allowed him to stay in the home he loved.
