Steven Fink Obituary
Steven Michael Fink, 78, slipped away on May 29, 2024, from Parkinson's Disease. I was holding him. He wasn't afraid, and he wasn't alone, and now he's free from his Parkinson's body.
Steve lived in Los Altos for 47 years and Santa Rosa for 6 years.
Steve graduated from UCLA and earned his law degree from UC Berkeley. He was well-respected and well-loved by judges, lawyers and clients.
We met quite by chance, went to a coffee shop and laughed until 3 am in the morning. I knew he was the one for me. Even though Steve thought our marriage would only last five years, I had other plans. We were married for 54 years.
Steve loved his dogs and would take them for long hikes. When he got Parkinson's, he could barely walk to the end of the block. It was a dramatic change for both Steve and the dog.
He is survived by his wife, Cyndi Fink. Rest peacefully at last, my beautiful boy. I love you, and I'll miss you every day.

We have wonderful memories of our times spent with Steve and Cyndi. Steve had a terrific and rather sarcastic sense of humor, which we enjoyed. His mind was as sharp as a whip, and it served him and his clients well in his many years as an attorney. May he enjoy peace and comfort at this time, free from the bonds of Parkinsons. Our sincerest condolences to his wonderful life companion, Cyndi. With love, Steve and Jane Hubert
