Sylvia S. Moore

Sylvia S. Moore Born June 8, 1955 in Pensacola, FL; and died Dec. 4, in El Dorado Hills, CA, of complications of osteoporosis. She was preceded in death by her beloved daughter, Jennifer in Novato, CA, in 1989. She is survived by her partner, Robert Kern; his children Kevin, Kristie, and Angela and his granddaughters; her parents, Sally Senior and Cmdr. (ret.) Ronald Gadolin, USN; her step-brothers, George Muse and Scott Gadolin; her aunt Sylvia Russell, Berkeley; uncles, Samuel Senior, Portland, OR, and Thomas Senior of Hood River, OR; and her cousins, as well as many, many friends. She had lived in El Dorado Hills since 1989. A realtor, she served clients in Sacramento, Placer, and El Dorado counties -most recently with ERA Realty in Cameron Park. Sylvia was a magnificent human being. Living life to its absolute limit, she overcame body blows again and again without losing her will and her humor. Hers was a life lived larger than life. The world is smaller and poorer without her. A Memorial Service will be held Friday, Jan. 4, 6pm, at Holy Trinity Church, 3111 Tierra de Dios Dr., El Dorado Hills.
