Cathy informed me of Toms passing. Please except my deepest sympathy.
Even though it has been over twenty years since I last saw Tom, I will always remember how Tom always made me feel very welcome in his home.
I am sure that he will be sadly missed by many.

Brother's share a special bond,
like blood, brotherhood,
It's thicker than water,
friends may come and go,
and relationships may drift apart,
but brothers are forever.
Though the sun may rise in the east,
and set in the west
we will still be brothers.
What god has ordained,
no man can change,
BROTHERS ARE FOREVER...
Good Night and God Bless you

Dear Mary, Cathy, Terrie & Mikie.
Tom endured a long, hard battle, That is no surprise, for Tom was one of the toughest and at the same time, a most gentle person.
Good-bye old friend.

Dear Mary, Cathy, Teri, Monica, Mikey, Gene, Dermot, Jason, Ailish, and kids,
We're so sorry to hear about Tom's passing.
It's oftentimes hard to know what to say at a time like this that may bring you some comfort, but a nice memory I have of Tom that I'd like to share is that he always joked around with me and made me laugh whenever I saw him --I think he knew he could "pull my leg". So, whenever I think of him, I smile and remember that mischievious twinkle in his eye.
Please know that we will keep you all in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
Lots of love to you all,
Angele and George

What shall I say about the Tom?
The utterly impractical, never predictable,
Something irascible, quite inexplicable, Irish.
Strange blend of shyness, pride and conceit
And stubborn refusal to bow in defeat.
He's spoiling and ready to argue and fight,
Yet the smile of a child fills his soul with delight.
His eyes are the quickest to well up in tears,
Yet his strength is the strongest to banish your fears.
His humour is as fierce as his laugh is so grand
And there's no middle ground on which he will stand.
He's wild and he's gentle, he's good and he's bad,
He's proud and he's humble, he's happy and sad.
He's victor and victim, a star and a clod,
But mostly a husband, father and friend.

Be Still
Be still like the grass on a melancholy summer day
Be still like desert shrub.
Be calm and you will hear your loved one speak, in the stillness, in the calm, their love resounds.
If you are still this promise I make, you will hear the voice of your loved one helping you along your way.
