Velma Lynch

Velma Lynch January 23, 1913 - November 16, 2007 Velma was one of 14 children born to the late William and Ersie Actkinson. She is survived by one sister, Betty Freeman. Beloved wife of the late Foy Lynch; cherished mother of Patricia Lynch; dear grandmother of Geoffrey and Jamie Cooper; great-grandmother of Cassandra Cooper, numerous nieces and nephews. Velma was loved by her family and friends. She was a native of Arkansas and a longtime resident of San Francisco. Family and friends are invited to visit Tuesday, November 20 from 5 pm - 9 pm, and attend the evening service at 7 pm in the Tiffany Chapel of CYPRESS LAWN FUNERAL HOME, 1370 El Camino Real, Colma, CA. A Funeral will be held at Calvary Baptist Church, 5655 Mission St., San Francisco, CA on Wednesday, November 21 at 1 pm. Interment to follow at Cypress Lawn Memorial Park.
