I am so very sorry to hear of Victor's passing. Heartfelt condolences and prayers to his children, mother and siblings. I knew Victor long ago, and while I had not seen him in many years, I have only a fond remembrance of him- he had an incredible capacity to help others and was one of the most genuine and kind persons I have met. My prayers to you all at this time.

I remember Victor as we were growing up in Bayshore and then on to Serramont HS. He was a wonderfully kind person. My thoughts and prayers go out to the Loeza family.
