R.I.P. Mr. Del Monte
Talk about an American with a story to tell. That story was incredible just like this man was in his long life. Sad today to find out that you have passed on. Your now with the rest of that crew that had the same piece of US history on that sad day in California many moons ago!

I am so sorry to hear of your loss. Being at the mercy of sin and death was never God's intention. He will soon restore peace on this earth and give us everlasting life. Psalms 37:29. Now it's rare for someone to reach 109,the day will come when it will be common.

I'm pretty sure the family and friends considered it a real blessing, to enjoy their beloved "Bill" for so long...However, I can only Imagine how hard it is for them to say goodbye under these circumstances. My sincere condolences to all of you. May the God of all comfort grant you the strength to endure your loss, knowing that is His desire to become your Stronghold in moments like these, while you cherish the great moments you all had together as a family...

My sincere condolences to Mr. Del Monte's family. It is so amazing to hear of those who have enjoyed such long lives, but even more amazing is the promise God has made to give mankind the opportunity to live forever in the restored paradise earth. I am so sorry for your loss. Although your hearts are filled with pain and sorrow, our prayer is that you gain comfort and hope from God's promise to reunite us with our love ones on the earth, never having to say goodbye again. For Jesus will make this earth the problem-free paradise that His Father intended it to be. We have gained comfort and strength from this promise, may your family do the same.
