William J. "Bill" Dunne

DUNNE, William J. "Bill" - Passed away in San Francisco, October 18, 2005, following a brief illness. Age 78. Lifetime resident of San Francisco, son of William John and Anna Gertrude (Dempsey). Bill was a graduate of St. Brigid Elementary, St. Ignatius High School and U.C. Berkeley. A U.S. Army veteran, he retired from the S.F. Water Dept. in 1988 after 35 years of service. Bill was a world traveler and loved fine art, music and history, especially of his native San Francisco. He and his parents had been lifelong parishioners of St. Brigid Church. He will be missed by his many friends. Private services were held with a private interment at Holy Cross Cemetery, Colma, CA.
