William Gretter Obituary

William (Bill) Gretter Entered into rest on June 15, 2011 at the age of 83. Beloved husband of the late Rita A. Gretter for 59 years. Loving father of Karen (Jim) Celentano, Gary (Diane) Gretter and the late Richard Gretter. Adored grandfather of Patrick Celentano, Matthew Gretter, Timothy Gretter. Veteran of Korean War with the US Navy. Retired as a Sales Representative for Murphy's Tires. A very special thanks for the long loving care given to Bill from his caregiver Leini, we love you. Friends may visit between 5-8pm, Mon., June 20th, Garden Chapel, 885 El Camino Real, So.SF where a Vigil Service will be held at 7pm. Funeral Service will be at 10am, Tues, June 21st at Garden Chapel. Committal Holy Cross Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made in memory of William (Bill) Gretter to the Hospice by the Bay, 1902 Van Ness Ave., 2nd Floor, SF, CA 94109.
