Jack M. Rogers

1927 - 2016

Jack Moss Rogers, 88 of Duarte, California passed away on July 18, 2016. He is preceded in death by his wife June McCoy Rogers and is survived by his children Lauralynn Rogers and Jack Rogers, Jr. and his grandchildren Sean Rail, Marie Haefliger, Van Rogers and Nate Rogers. Jack grew up in Llano, Texas and graduated from the University of Texas in 1949 with a degree in Accounting. He practiced as a certified public accountant until shortly before his death.

Jack enjoyed time with his family and friends and kept ties to his Texan roots and relatives. He had an active mind and was very interested in business, sports, and current affairs. Those who had the privilege of knowing Jack will always remember the respect and kindness he offered everyone he met and he is greatly missed. A funeral service was held at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Glendale, California on July 26, 2016.
