James M. Jacquart, 58, formerly of Sheboygan and currently of Madison, died Wednesday, November 21, 2012 in Madison.
Friends may call at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 2597 Glendale Ave., Howard, from 10 to 11 a.m. Tuesday. The Memorial Mass will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the church with Rev.
