Lois was a member of Blessed Trinity Parish in Sheboygan Falls and the former Christian Mother organization. She was also a Boy Scout and Campfire Girl leader. Lois was very proud and interested in her heritage, and was a strong advocate in the preservation and history of Sheboygan Falls. She was an accomplished seamstress, making many wedding and bridesmaid dresses, enjoyed cooking, baking, gardening, crocheting, traveling and casino trips, oil painting, going to the races, playing and winning at scrabble, doing crossword puzzles, watching the Green Bay Packers. Lois is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Lois was preceded in death by her parents, Andrew and Amalia Kohlhagen; her husband, Rodney Woveras; a grandaughter-in-law, Tricia Woveras; two brothers, Richard and Eugene "Pudgy" Kohlhagen; a sister-in-law, Gayle Kohlhagen; a brother-in-law, Donald Woveras; and her parents-in-law, Peter and Norma Woveras.

A Mass of Christian Burial to celebrate Lois' life will take place at Blessed Trinity Parish on Tuesday, June 30, 2015 at 7 pm with the Rev. Bob Lotz officiating. Burial will take place at Sheboygan Falls Cemetery.

Family and friends will gather at Blessed Trinity Parish on Tuesday from 4 pm until the time of Mass at 7pm.

A memorial fund is being established in her name.

The Woveras family would like to express their gratitude to: Dr. Beiersdorf; the staff of Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice and Kathy Schultz for being with Mom when they could not; and the wonderful staff at Pine Haven Residential Home that lovingly cared for their Mom, especially the PM staff. The care and compassion expressed to their Mom will never be forgotten.
