Mark Lower Obituary

Mark C. Lower, age 62, of Sheboygan, died Thursday October 10, 2013 at St. Lukes Medical Center in Milwaukee unexpectedly from medical complications. He was born in Kansas City, MO on March 15, 1951, a son of the late Curtis and Herbel (Pemberton) Lower. Mark was raised in Pontiac, IL. where he graduated from Pontiac Township High School in 1969. He attended Waldorf College in Forest City, IA in 1970 as well as broadcasting school in Milwaukee.

Mark worked for the G.C. Murphy Company, which brought him to Sheboygan in 1973, where he met his future wife, Susan Dahler. Mark and Sue were united in marriage on May 24, 1975. He continued his work career with the Kohler Company for over 30 years, in various divisions of the company.

Mark enjoyed life to the fullest. He treasured his time spent with family and friends, playing golf, riding his motorcycle, and was passionate about "junking" with his loving wife, Sue. He loved music, and was known for his trademark dance moves. A friendly smile, and a twinkle in his eye greeted his friends, he brought life to any party.

Surviving Mark is his beloved wife and best friend, Susan; two sons, Trent (Jenna) Lower and grandchildren Madison and Kallen of Franklin, WI, and Tyler (Leigh) Lower of Norwalk, CT.; his brother-in-law, Jack (Carol) Dahler of Sheboygan and his sister-in-law, Nancy (Gian) Sud of Bloomington, IL., as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

A Funeral Service celebrating Mark's life will be held on Monday, October 14, 2013 at 10:00 A.M. at Zimme's Westview Funeral & Cremation Care Center, W2132 Garton Road, (Hwy 42 and Cty Rd JJ) Sheboygan. Reverend Alan Kretschmar will officiate. Friends may call on the family on Sunday October 13th from 3 until 7 p.m. and on Monday from 9:00 until time of service. Committal rites and interment will follow at Lutheran Cemetery.
