Mary L. Jacobchick

Mary L. Jacobchick, age 76, of Sheboygan passed away Sunday December 16, 2012 at the Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice. Mary was born June 26, 1936 in Sheboygan to the late Chester and Magdeline (Winterberg) Trossen. Mary attended Sheboygan Public Schools and Central High School. Mary was united in marriage to Roger Jacobchick on April 30, 1955. Roger preceded her in death on July 2, 1986. Mary was a homemaker and enjoyed doing crafts and yard work. Mary and her husband Roger owned and operated Embers Motel and Supper Club from 1981 - 1987.

Survivors include two sons Mike (Lori) Jacobchick of Oostburg, Curt (Patty) Jacobchick of Sheboygan; grandchildren Alicia (Tyler) Hilbelink of Oostburg, Scott (fiancée Sarah Thibodeau) Jacobchick of Oostburg, A.J. Jacobchick of Oostburg; step granddaughter Sarah Hoffman of Sheboygan; great-grandson Logan Hilbelink of Oostburg; brothers and sisters James (Sharon) Trossen of Sheboygan, Charles Trossen of Tennessee, Duane Trossen of Oconto, Katherine Trossen Ellenburg (Bill) of Sheboygan, Floyd (Betty) Trossen of Chippewa Falls, Magdeline "Lynn" Trossen Ramos of Manitowoc, Gail Trossen Longoria of Sheboygan and many nieces and nephews and her prized pet Pug "Barney".

Mary was preceded in death by her parents, husband, brothers Richard and Robert and a sister Nathalie Trossen Rivera.

Family and friends may call at the Reinbold-Novak Funeral Home, 1535 S. 12th Street Sheboygan on Thursday from 4-7 P.M. Funeral Service will be held 7 P.M. Thursday at the funeral home with the Rev. Dr. Roger Mealiff, pastor of Ebenezer United Church of Christ, officiating. Burial in the Wildwood Cemetery.
