Susan Kaiser Obituary

Susan Kaiser, 74, of 1505 N. 8th St., died Tuesday, December 6, 2011 at Aurora Sheboygan Memorial Medical Center.

Born August 2, 1937, in Sheboygan, Susan was a daughter of the late Harley and Geneva Simon Koehler. On July 1, 1960 she was united in marriage to Roger Kaiser. The couple was married for 32 years before Roger preceded her in death on November 29, 1992.

Susan was employed as a waitress for the Hoffbrau for more than 30 years until her retirement. She was a member of St. Mark Lutheran Church. Susan was proud to be a breast cancer survivor. She enjoyed reading, traveling, and spending time with her grandchildren and family.

She is survived by her son Roger (Lisa) Kaiser, Sheboygan; one daughter Rachel (Bob) Richardson, Sheboygan; two grandchildren, Bobby Jr. and Ryan Richardson, two brothers, Jack (Susie) Koehler, Elkhart Lake, WI, Glen (Dee Dee) Koehler, Sheboygan; nieces nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Roger and her sister Patricia Dumovich.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, December 10, 2011, at the Lippert-Olson Funeral Home, 1132 Superior Ave. The Rev. Joe Cottam, pastor of St. Mark Lutheran Church, will officiate. Relatives and friends are welcome at the funeral home on Saturday from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service.

A memorial fund has been established in her name.

Rachel,
I am so sorry for your loss. Although I did not know your mother for a long time, she was always smiling and happy when I saw her. She was a very loving and caring woman and I feel blessed to have met her.
