Thomas "Tom-Digger" Kraus

Sheboygan - Thomas Kraus was born on May 22, 1946 and passed away on June 18, 2018 at the age of 72. Tom attended local schools and graduated from Sheboygan South High School with the class of 1965. On August 21, 1965 Tom was united in marriage with his high school sweetheart, Elizabeth Weiss, that he had known since he was 12. During his working years he was employed by Kingsbury Brewery, Lake to Lake, Polarwear, Diamond Graphics and was the care taker of the Hebrew Cemetery in Kohler. Tom enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, trips to Canada, playing cribbage, all Wisconsin sports and spending time with his family. His famous friend is Si from Duck Dynasty. He was also a member of the Riverside Boat Club.

Tom is survived by his wife, Elizabeth "Betty Boop"; children, Thomas Paul (Susan), Terrance James (special friend, Shelly Reilly); Timothy Michael (Kimberly), Tammy Lynn (Brian) Bengtson and Travis William (Christina); grandchildren, Bailey, Carson, Regan, Nicole, Samantha (Richard), Allison, Turner, Ashley (Ahkeim Sr.), Hannah, Madison, Ian, Dylan, Brandon, Ashton and Kaitlyn; great-grandchildren, Treavor, Aryia, Amira, Ahkeim Jr., Akira, Azaria, Maddilynn, Selena and Scarlett; brother, Timothy; sister-in-law, JoAnne Kraus and special friends, Bob (Carol) Radtke and Parm (Russ). He is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Tom is preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Eleanor, mother-in-law and father-in-law, Carl and Nellie Weiss, and brothers, Gary, Paul, Richard and Fred.

Visitation will be held on Friday, June 22, 2018 at Reinbold-Novak Funeral Home, 1535 S. 12th St., Sheboygan, from 4:00 p.m. until the time of service at 7:00 p.m.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to all the staff at Aurora Sheboygan Memorial Medical Center for their care and time spent with Tom.
