Connie K. Young, 72 of Connersville, passed away on October 22, 2022 in Richmond, IN. She was born on November 24, 1949 in Rushville to the late Floyd E. Dalrymple and Vivian M. Perkins. Connie was a 1968 graduate of Connersville High School. She married Michael Young on February 14, 1986 and he survives. Connie retired from Visteon after 15 years of being a finish mill operator. She owned and operated Heavenly Stiches in Connersville since 2000. Connie was a member First Baptist Church in Connersville. She enjoyed sewing and knitting. Connie loved spending time with her fur babies Cheyenne and Ivy.
In addition to her husband, Michael, she is survived by her sons, Noel C. (Jennifer) Bostic of Rising Sun and Neal A. Bostic of Shelbyville; brother, Guy T. Dalrymple of Connersville. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Alexandra 'Ali' Dawn Bostic, Bailee Noel Bostic and Sydney Hope Bostic; nieces, Jocelyn (Dave) Snyder and Paige Nicole (Ethan) Burns; nephews, Jason Thomas Dalrymple and Tanner Dalrymple.
Connie is preceded in death by her parents, former husband, Keith Bostic, daughter, Tonya L. Bostic and brother, Michael E. Dalrymple.
Services will be held on Friday, October 28, 2022 at 1 PM at Moster Mortuary, 334 North Main Street, Rushville, IN with Pastor Jeff Edwards presiding. Friends are welcome to visit the family from 11 AM until time of service in the mortuary. Cremation will follow after services.
Moster Mortuary is entrusted for the services. Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society.
