Edith Ann "Edie" Popplewell, 76, passed away November 19, 2025.
Born February 8, 1949, she was the daughter of Wilford Hackworth and Cora (Applegate) Hackworth. She married Londo Popplewell on May 12, 1973 and he preceded her in 2009.
Funeral services will be 12:00 noon on Monday, November 24, 2025 at Glenn E. George & Son Funeral Home, 437 Amos Road. Burial will be in Forest Hill Cemetery. Friends may call on Monday morning from 10:00 am until the time of the service, at the funeral home.
