Send FlowersJustin Earl Wilson, 29, of Shelbyville, Indiana, passed away on November 23, 2025 at St. Francis Hospital.
He was born on April 20th, 1996 to Mark E. Wilson and April D. Wilson, Justin was a devoted fiancé, father, son, brother, and uncle. He is survived by his parents, his fiancé, Erica Vanduyn; his sons, Kayson G. Wilson and Xavier W. Moody; his sister, Mollie D. Wilson; nephew Nolan J. Prather; niece Ayla J. Prather; and maternal grandparents Sandy and Charlie Denny. He also leaves behind his beloved dogs, Mac and Hoss, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, and countless friends who loved him deeply.
Justin was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Linda D. Mohr, and his dogs, Gus and Brutus.
Justin was known for his huge heart and unwavering willingness to help anyone - he truly would give the shirt off his back. His outgoing personality made him the life of every room he walked into. Hardworking and strong-willed, Justin took pride in everything he did. He had a deep love for his truck, enjoyed peaceful days spent fishing, and was proud of his gun collection. Justin was an amazing cook and could whip up anything from scratch, a true master chef. Most of all his favorite title was dad; He loved his sons more than anything in this world.
Justin's bright spirit, laughter, and loyalty will be missed beyond measure by all who knew him.
Funeral services will be 12:00 noon, Monday, December 1, 2025 at Glenn E. George & Son Funeral Home, 437 Amos Road with Pastor Robb Barlow officiating. Burial will be in Forest Hill Cemetery. Family will receive friends on Monday morning from 10:00 am until the time of the service, at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions can be made to Justin E. Wilson Memorial Fund, in care of the funeral home.
