Mark Anthony Burnside Jr., 33, of Shelbyville, passed away Sunday, March 19, 2023, in Indianapolis.
He was born December 11, 1989, in Shelbyville, the son of Mark Burnside Sr. and Tammie Ray.
Mark is survived by his father, Mark Burnside Sr. and wife, Linda, of Shelbyville; mother, Tammie Ray of Indianapolis; sisters, Misty Shoemaker and husband, Douglas, of Greensburg, and Mandy Lockridge and husband, Tyler, of Shelbyville; brothers, Brian Ray of Florida, and Armand Larocque of Kentucky; several other step-siblings; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents.
Mark graduated in 2008 from Shelbyville High School.
He was a U.S. Army veteran.
Mark worked for Fox Construction.
He enjoyed fishing and motor cross.
A Celebration of Mark's life will be held at a later date.
Services have been entrusted to Freeman Family Funeral Homes and Crematory, 819 S. Harrison St. in Shelbyville.
