Betty Cash Obituary
She was a native of Cleveland County the daughter of the late Odell G. Allen and Bertha Skinner Allen Clary.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, of 45 years, Herman Toy Cash two sisters, Virginia Fleming Henson and Virl Allen Conner and brother, Everette Fleming.
She was an active and lifelong member of El Bethel United Methodist Church in Kings Mountain, a member of the Kings Mountain Woman's Club and Telephone Pioneers and a volunteer for the Kings Mountain Hospital Auxillary and the Kings Mountain Relay For Life. She retired from Bellsouth after 35 years of service.
She is survived by her daughters; Marlene C. Reynolds and husband, John, Mt. Holly and Robin C. Knight and husband, David, of Kings Mountain; grandchildren, Stacey R. Davis and husband, Benji, of Gastonia, Mindy M. Reynolds of Kings Mountain, Jim "Jay" Walker, Jr., Kings Mountain, Taylor Anne Faris, Kings Mountain; great-grandchildren, Ben Davis, Kendall Davis, Matthew Morrow and caregiver, Danelle Messick.
Visitation: The family will receive friends from 6:30-8 p.m. Friday at Harris Funeral Home, Kings Mountain
Funeral: 2 p.m. Saturday at El Bethel United Methodist Church, Kings Mountain

I am blessed to have known Mimi over the past five years. Her sweet and kind spirit was so plesant and the love and devotion she gave to family and friends was a gift she freely gave
away! Now she is free and whole seeing
more clearly than we can even imagine!!
And on THAT DAY we'll rejoice when we are re-united with her and our loved ones! What a DAY that will be!!!!!!

I know that she is a wonderful Mom to her children as I knew her through working with Robin and listening to her talk of her so greatly. My condolences for the family and friends of God's servant, Betty as she has walked the walk and has entered into the kingdom.

"Aunt" Betty was a sweet, kind and compassionate woman. She unselfishly devoted herself to her family, church and community. I will miss her dearly! My prayers are with her family.

Betty was the finest of all people. I dearly had alot of love and respect for her. So kind and thoughtful and giving, could cook like a pro. She is leaving a great lagacy We will remember this sweet lady.Thinking of the family as they try to get through this.My prayers go out to you.

I watched Betty serve her church family at El Bethel and how she loved the children and youth there. What a lovely woman! To her family . . . you are in my prayers.
