My deepest condolences to the family and friends, saying special prayers for his children and Parents. I happened to think of him today and I googled his name and my heart dropped. We were friends long ago and lost touch. I would have never thought he would be gone. I will always remember your smile when you gave me your CD with your music on it "let me know what you think, shorty" you are definitely missed. Praying for your family

Although I didn't have the opportunity to know Christopher very long, I can say that he is a person that I will never forget. He was always there to listen to me vent whenever I needed to. He always offered kind gestures and encouraging words. I know that everyone will miss and love him, but God loves him best. He is now resting peacefully and I hope he can see what an impact he left on all who he came in contact with. My prayers are with his family and friends but most of all with his children. RIP, my friend "CK".

My DEEPEST condolences goes out to the family. Chris was a dear friend to me and my family as well. As many people have already stated Chris was a fun, humorous, caring, loving, and kind hearted individual. My prayers and love goes out to the kids, his parents, and Ashlyn. God has gained another angel and that angel is DEFINITELY missed here on EARTH. Although I no longer reside in Shelby, Shelby will never be the same because we have truly lost a LEGEND. I went to school with Chris and I consider him one of my great friends. When I think of him it makes me smile, because he was such a fun, sweet person. I have so many great memories of us having fun, smiling, joking, and laughing and those memories I will hold forever in my heart. My prays go out to Chris's entire family. His children now have an angel with a smile of gold and a heart of love watching over them from Heaven. It is hard letting go of the people you love, especially when they are stolen away. Chris will be missed, especially his wonderful sense of humor, warm loving heart, and smile. But we all have wonderful memories of him and how he has touched each and every one of our hearts. And because of those great memories, Chris will never be forgotten, he will always live on in the people who loved him and who he loved. Rest in Peace Chris, you will truly be missed my friend.........Krystal J. Wesson

I can still hear Chris yell, “PANE!!!” A nickname that he gave to me because of my initials (Pamela Alexandria Nicole Eaves) and he would also say that I was a “pain” to him just like a little sister that he never wanted :-) Even in his untimely demise I can still laugh about the many things he did or said. He was a brilliant person that will be missed dearly. My condolences, thoughts, and prayers go out to his entire family now and in the days to come.
May God Bless You All

To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say...
but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.
Here, there's no more tears of sadness; here is just eternal love.

Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight.
Remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night.
That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through,
God picked me up and hugged me and He said, "I welcome you."

It's good to have you back again; you were missed while you were gone.
As for your dearest family, they'll be here later on.
I need you here badly; you're part of my plan.
There's so much that we have to do, to help our mortal man.

God gave me a list of things, that he wished for me to do.
And foremost on the list, was to watch and care for you.
And when you lie in bed at night, the day's chores put to flight.
God and I are closest to you....in the middle of the night.

When you think of my life on earth, and all those loving years
because you are only human, they are bound to bring you tears.
But do not be afraid to cry; it does relieve the pain.
Remember there would be no flowers, unless there was some rain.

I wish that I could tell you all that God has planned.
But if I were to tell you, you wouldn't understand.
But one thing is for certain, though my life on earth is o'er.
I'm closer to you now, than I ever was before.

There are many rocky roads ahead of you and many hills to climb;
but together we can do it by taking one day at a time.
It was always my philosophy and I'd like it for you too...
that as you give unto the world, the world will give to you.

If you can help somebody who's in sorrow and pain,
then you can say to God at night......"My day was not in vain."
And now I am contented....that my life has been worthwhile,
knowing as I passed along the way, I made somebody smile.

So if you meet somebody who is sad and feeling low,
just lend a hand to pick him up, as on your way you go.
When you're walking down the street, and you've got me on your mind;
I'm walking in your footsteps only half a step behind.

And when it's time for you to go.... from that body to be free,
remember you're not going.....you're coming here to me.

I always referred to you as "my Favorite" I never got to tell you how much you taught me in such a short period of time. People say time will heal all... I don't know about this time! I still remember your stupid sub order from substation all that black pepper & egg...and how you would seek my advice when dealing w/girls...and how you would just get on my nerve, standing there calling my name and keep calling it until I went crazy... just because you could!LOL!!! It's been rough for me dealing w/ the fact that I'll never hear your chuckle or you putting me up on knowledge...The last lesson that you taught me was to not take people for granted. I knew what people meant when they said "here today gone tomorrow"...NOW I FEEL IT.
