Erma Parker Obituary
Born in Cleveland County on Dec. 21, 1933, she was a daughter of the late Jesse Cornelius Adams and Ola Mae Shockley Adams.
She was retired from Hoechst Celanese in quality control and was a member of Hoyle Memorial United Methodist Church.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, E.W. Parker; son, David Neal Parker; and a brother Cleve Adams.
She is survived by her sister, Annette Martin of Shelby.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday from 1 to 2 p.m. at Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home, Fallston.
The funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 2 p.m. in the Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Tim Martin and Teresa Blanton officiating.
The burial will follow the service in the Rose Hill Memorial Park Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to Hoyle Memorial United Methodist Church, 1741 Fallston Road, Shelby, NC 28150.
