Frances McDaniel Obituary
She was also preceded in death by her husband, David Glenn McDaniel; brothers, Jackie Yates, Horace Clayton Yates, and William Brent Yates; and sisters, Peggy Yates Blackburn, Betty Yates Wooley, and Dot Yates Smith.
She was a member of Resurrection Lutheran Church in Kings Mountain and a homemaker. The family would like to extend a special thanks to the staff of Hospice of Cleveland County and White Oak Manor, Kings Mountain.
She is survived by her sons, Brent McDaniel and wife Phyllis, Mark McDaniel and wife Jodi; daughter, Dianne Hollifield and husband Dale; brothers-in-law, Don Blackburn and Ken Smith; sister, JoAnn Morrow and husband Larry, all of Kings Mountain; seven grandchildren, Aubrey Hollifield and wife Jenny, David McDaniel and wife Robyn, Ryan Hollifield and wife Tina, Andy Hollifield and wife Rhonda, Jonathan McDaniel and wife Cheryl, Josh McDaniel and wife Erin, and Tyler McDaniel; and 16 great-grandchildren.
Visitation: The family will receive friends from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. Sunday prior to the service in the fellowship hall of the church.
Funeral Service: 3 p.m. Sunday at Resurrection Lutheran Church
Officiated By: The Rev. Hobby Outten and Dr. Steve Taylor
Interment: Bethlehem Baptist Church Cemetery, Kings Mountain
