He was born in New Jersey, to the late Harry and Jacqueline Aronson Katz.

I didn't know he had passed away we was looking him up about filing our taxes again.I am so sorry for the loss of such a great man.I will miss our long talks during our tax preparation.Rest in Peace big guy you will be missed
