Nana always showed me love. She offered advice to keep me strong and confident. I am so grateful that I was blessed to know her for the 9 years I did and overwhelmed that she was able to be Addie's great grandmother. Addie will remember her fondly as she does Papa. Thank you Nana for always being a kind and loving person in my life. We love and miss you. Tell Papa we love and miss him too!

So sorry to hear of Ruby's passing.
Dad had many stories of his aunts in his life. He always had a place to call home with all of the sisters and family when he was young.
I have fond memories of traveling with mom and dad or Nana (toots) and Gramps to visit when I was young.
As well as the aunts and uncles visiting in Neola while I was there.
Not sure Jim would remember .... but, I never knew the true meaning of cookies and milk until he taught me to dunk an Oreo in my milk.
Prayers and thoughts are with you all.

The first time I met Ruby was when my Jimmy brought me home to met his parents. I called her Mrs. Donnelly for a very long time, until one day, after Jimmy and I had been married for over a year, she said "Don't you think its about time you stopped calling me Mrs. Donnelly and call me Mom". And Mom she became. Mom was a complicated woman, not easy to know, but I grew to love her and she became an important part of my life.
I look back on the 49 plus years I've known you and I will miss you every day, but I'm happy knowing you are with our Papa once again.

So sorry to hear this news...she will be in my prayers as well as all of the family. My sister and I have very fond memories of her and Ben...they are together now, in peace.
