Mrs. Sarah Brown Manning, 91, Kings Mountain transitioned on August 4, 2021 at home. Mask Required. The funeral service will be Monday, August 9, 2021 at Vestibule AME Zion Church. A public viewing will be Sunday, August 8, 2021 at the funeral home from 3:00 until 7:00 pm. Costner Funeral Home is handling the funeral arrangements.
