David Patrick Pultz, age 71, of Shelton, passed away peacefully on Friday, February 7, 2025 at Maefair Health Care Center with his loving family by his side after a long battle with multiple sclerosis. He was the beloved husband of Elizabeth (Galla) Pultz who cared for him over many years of his extended illness. Born in Greenwich on November 10, 1953, he was a son of the late Neil and Alma (Christiano) Pultz and was a longtime resident of Shelton.
David was a news reporter working with various radio stations along the east coast. He was a talented musician with a passion for both writing music and playing the guitar. David had a funny and outgoing personality as well as being a loving husband, brother, uncle and friend. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
Additional survivors include three loving brothers, Neil Pultz, Jr. (Priscilla), Kevin Pultz (Marietta), Timothy Pultz (Pam) and a sister, Sheila Stevenson (Rob) nieces Devan (Matt), Caroline (Joey), Jillian (Anthony), Kimberly (Bryan), Charlotte (Lonnie), Mallory (Neil) and nephew Sean.
All funeral services will be private. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home 419 White Plains Rd., Trumbull.
