Joe when I met you the very first time later in my life you brought your half sister flowers. You show you kindness from day one. You were one of the kindness people around. Thanks for meeting you.

Joe was my neighbor, but not only that, he was my very dear friend. Joe was a very kind, generous, and sweet man. He would do anything for anyone. He was the best neighbor I could ask for. He was a proud veteran, in that he was able to help many other veterans as a Hospital Corpsman. Joe loved going to the Scottville Clown Band concerts and standing for the Armed Forces song. He also proudly carried the USMC flag for this song many times. Joe and I enjoyed each other's company at these concerts and other events. We had a lot of fun just sitting outside in the evenings. Joe was a great friend and neighbor, and I will miss him greatly!
