Richard Astling Obituary
Richard graduated from White Pigeon High School in 1956 and began working for Gray Brothers Stamping & Machine Inc. He moved to the Ludington area in 2002 and took on work at Custom Sheet Metal & Heating. He will be remembered for his work ethic, his friendly nature, and his personal faith.
Surviving are his wife of 52 years, Barbara; children, Terry, Robert, Arlene, Joseph; stepson Greg McCallum; grandchildren, Michael, Jamie, Eric, Spencer, Dustin, Alexes, and Sarah.
Richard was preceded in death by his brother Floyd; sister Nancy Eipperle; and son, Thomas.
A memorial service is scheduled for July 8, 2024, at 2 p.m. at Oak Grove Funeral Home in Ludington (viewing begins at 1 p.m.). Arrangements have been handled by the Bannan Funeral Home.
Memorials can be directed to Bachelor Evangelical Church.
