Angela Fay McGaunn Bryant

Daughter of John Edward and Sheila McGaunn, wife of Robert Bryant, mother of Michele Bryant (Flynn) was born July 2, 1963 at Eglin Air Force Base in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. She graduated from Parkway High School, Bossier City, Louisiana in 1981 and married her sweetheart the same year.

Our dear Angela, Angie, Ang loved her family, making us laugh, music, going to the beach, flowers, fireworks, looking at the moon, and……Hellur! She graced us with her giving spirit for 53 years.

Her love and laughter will live forever in the lives of her family: husband Robert, mother Sheila Bashara, mother-in-law Frances Bryant, daughter Michele (Flynn), son-in-law Robert Flynn, grandchildren Cydney and Jameson Flynn, sister Janine (McGaunn) Whitken, brother Shaun McGaunn, nieces Alicia, Grace, Meegan, Scarlett; aunts, uncles, and cousins; and friends.

Her family will hold a celebration of Angela's brief but amazing time on this earth to share our stories on Thursday June 22 at 11 a.m. at The Bay House in Destin.

Bob, I am so sorry for the loss of your beautiful Ang ... I saw your post that " Momma is home from the hospital ", and commented back , "feel mo betta", but, I had no idea she was living her last days on earth. I have always thought of the two of you as the perfect couple, and still do.... I am in hopes that the love and support that you are given by friends and family, and the prayers that are being offered up on you and your families behalf, will give you some comfort in the most difficult of times. Please know that I will continue to keep you in my prayers.

I am so very sorry for your loss. I worked with Ang for almost 11 yrs at WKMC. I was so sad when she left us. She was the sweetest and kindness person I have ever known. And my heart really broke when I found this out! RIP my friend. Love u.
