C.O. was one of a kind for sure. When God made him he broke the mold. One of the kindest, sweetest, gentleman I have ever had the honor to know. We could always count on him to tell us exactly how he wanted things to go with the Scouts when he came to our offices at TCU Football and we all listened and said yes sir!! Loved that man dearly and will truly miss him.
My heart breaks for his family.
