Dear Ben,
I was deeply saddened to learn of Helen Ann's death. It brought up a lot of wonderful memories. I remember Jerry and I going over to your home on Jenkins Street and watching boxing on Wednesday night TV. Helen Ann was always so effervescent and sweet.
Ben, I really don't know what to say except I extend my deepest symphony to you and your family. My prayers and thoughts are with you....Your old friend, Bill Offer

I am so sorry to hear of Mrs. Atchley's passing. She was the best neighbor and her and Mr. Ben where so good to me and my kids. She will be missed but know that she is in a better place. Lovers Lane was never the same after they moved.
