Joyce and Family

You guys know how much your Dad meant to my Folks and Family here in BR. The ball games and parties that Sammy and Guariscos' attended here are some of the finest memories we will ever have. We certainly appreciated the genuine love that Sammy showed to our folks and all of us. He will be sorely missed and remembered in our thoughts and prayers. Love always,

Don Ragusa and the rest of the Ragusa Family.

To all of the Guarisco family, I'm deeply sorry for your loss. I remember fondly a lifetime connection to you all and many fun times at The Humdinger and Sammy's Restaurant.
I lost my Dad back in January, and it is such a bittersweet feeling, knowing he is resting now but missing seeing him almost everyday. We are blessed to have had them in our lives growing up and well into our adulthood.
You are in my thoughts and prayers.....
Take care,
Meade Patton

Cousin Sammy was always around my family growing up.I would say that he was my dad's best friend. I'll never forget how my dad's face would light up, when the phone would ring, and Sammy would be on the other end. I would often go to his restuarant, and have lunch, and then if he was around, would sit down and talk with him, about every thing, and any thing.I always was proud to have him as a cousin. He was one of the good ones. God Bless you Cousin Mamie, and family.

Cousin Sammy wasn't just a cousin, but also a friend of my immediate family. I can remember him as far back as I can remember anything and/or anyone. He was also among my dad's best friends. I hadn't seen him in about 3 years at the time of his passing. He will be missed. God bless him, Cousin Mamie and the rest of the family.

Dear Miz Mamie, we are so sad for your loss, our loss, the loss of everyone who knew Mr.Sam. He truly was one of a kind! We have so many good memories of meals shared at the restaurant. When we came to town, there never was any question wherre we'd; our children didn't know there was any place but SAMMY'S. I always got tickled when he teased you about you packing your A&P bags. We will always Thank him for helping us out with our son. We were having some problems and Mr Sam gave him a job to helphim get lined out with a different work gang. We loved him and we love you and we be praying for you. Barbara and Buddy Laing
