Sharon Carter Obituary
Gloster, LA - Funeral services honoring the life of Sharon Carter, 72, will be at 12:00 Noon Thursday, October 29, 2015 at Kingston Baptist Church in Frierson, LA with Reverend Buddy Puryear officiating. Burial will follow at Bay Springs Cemetery in Chopin, LA. The family will receive friends at the Kingston Baptist Church on Thursday, October 29, 2015 from10:00 AM until time of service.
Sharon was born in Delhi, LA to Tom and Lucy Skinner and passed away at her home in Gloster, LA with her family by her side.
Preceding Sharon in death were her parents Tom and Lucy Bass Skinner, and one brother Tom Skinner, Jr.
Those left behind to cherish her memory are her husband William Carter; son Kip Vida; daughter Kayleen Ferguson and husband David; grandsons Cody Olsen and wife Megan, and Corey Olsen and wife Terri; niece Monique Winnestaffer and husband David; and nephew Rex Skinner and wife Lynn.

I extend my deepest sympathy to you all. Sharon became a part of our family over 50 years ago. When Uncle Tom married Aunt Roma. Sharon became a part of our lives. I'm sorry we couldn't be there, but wanted you to know that you were in our thoughts and prayers. Aunt Sharon was a special Lady and we all loved her dearly. She is whole again and no more pain.
