Theresa Gillespie Obituary
SHREVEPORT, LA - Funeral services celebrating the life of Theresa Troutman Gillespie, 49, will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, May 29, 2010 at Rose-Neath's Southside Chapel. Officiating will be Dr. H. Murry Hodge. Interment will follow in Sloan Cemetery in Mansfield, LA. The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. Friday, May 28, 2010 at the funeral home.
Theresa was born on August 6, 1960 in Conway, AR to Billy and Shirley Troutman. She passed away on May 26, 2010 in Shreveport where she was a resident and a registered nurse. She was a loving mother, sister, and friend and she will be missed dearly by all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her son, Tyler Gillespie and daughter, Lindsey Gillespie Cooke and husband, Justin; her sisters, Pam Thompson and husband, David and Stacy Tabor.
The family wishes to express a special thanks to the LSU nurses on 8-K, Nurse Care of Shreveport, and LifePath Hospice. Rose-Neath Funeral Home
